Think E3 is easy?
Watch here on E3 week and see how much exercise I do.
This is a bit odd. Capcom has released a smartphone app that means you will be able to see hidden messages tucked in behind real-world items and objects, using the power of augmented reality. The Eye of Dante is designed as a tie-in for DmC Devil May Cry, due out in January next year, but even as a standalone product, it's rather interesting.
Your task is to join The Order, an organisation formed within the DmC world to fight the lurking demons. Once you install the app, you are given new quests and goals to achieve and unlock, which will earn you not only points and bonus content, but also in-game currency that will be redeemed within DmC Devil May Cry when it launches for console.
Dante has the power to see through the demons' lies and propaganda, and now you have that tool at your fingertips. And, y'know, once you snap some interesting pictures, feel free to personalise them and publish the images to Facebook or Twitter, and share the love.
I like video games, fishing, Depeche Mode, long walks on the beach, writing discussion papers and cups of tea. Not necessarily in that order.
