BioWare wins big at GDC Online Awards 2012

With a bunch of impressive and varied games lurking about in the online space this year, it's interesting to see that the GDC Online awards were dominated by a studio which is enduring a bit of a downturn, with founders leaving and subscriptions fading. Still, congratulations to BioWare, which scooped up four awards at this year's ceremony, against some pretty stiff competition.

Riot Games also enjoyed an impressive show, taking home a pair of awards, leaving Blizzard, Zynga/OMGPOP and thatgamecompany with one apiece.
