UKIE Game Charts, Week 36 2012

Guild Wars 2

Guild Wars 2

We love charts here at Player Attack, and one of the highlights of our week is receiving the latest details from UKIE, who send us the 40 best-selling titles in Britain, as announced by the The Association for UK Interactive Entertainment.

Oh, how the mighty have fallen. It's not that far really, but after a glorious start, it's a bit of a shock to see Guild Wars 2 wallowing down at #6 now (for the statistically-minded, the game suffered a sales loss of 84% this past week). The hasty exit by the MMO leaves the top spot open, and it's pork buns for everyone as Sleeping Dogs climbs back up again.

Only one new entry in the charts, and it's not really a surprise: The Sims 3: Supernatural is nestling in at #2, potentially setting itself up for the long haul.
