Think E3 is easy?
Watch here on E3 week and see how much exercise I do.
Each week, gamers around the world log onto digital distribution platform Steam, to get their latest gaming fix, and every week, Player Attack lets you know which games were the most popular.
Don't get me wrong. Sometimes, the best-seller list is full of surprises, but... this week? Not so much. CS:GO takes top honours in its first week of retail sale - and while we don't get the actual sales figures, I'd suggest there's a significant gap between it and Dark Souls, which snuck in at #2 with a little fanfare.
Remember though, out of the box, Dark Souls looks pretty awful, so you may need to apply a patch if you want to get any sort of enjoyment from the game.
#2 - Dark Souls: Prepare To Die Edition
#3 - ARMA II: Combined Operations
#4 - Sleeping Dogs
#5 - Borderlands 2
#6 - War of the Roses
#7 - The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Dawnguard
#8 - Darksiders II
#9 - Just Cause 2
#10 - The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
I like video games, fishing, Depeche Mode, long walks on the beach, writing discussion papers and cups of tea. Not necessarily in that order.
