Are you sick of zombies? Would you like a little military action instead? Perhaps it's time to fire up ArmA II: Combined Operations, and instead of loading that undead survival mod, snapping up the latest DLC pack from Bohemia Interactive. Titled "Army of the Czech Republic", the new content includes vehicles, weapons, missions and two new summer-themed terrains.
Predictably, you're stepping into the shoes of the Czech Republic Army, and experiencing all of the fun and games that comes along with that. The army has its own vehicles (the Pandur II APC and the L-159 Alca jet, for instance), and its own weapons (like the CZ-805 BREN assault rifle and the CZ Scorpion EVO 3 submachine gun). And in this case, it also has its own 15-mission campaign, plus extra multiplayer content.
The Army of the Czech Republic DLC for ArmA II: Combined Operations is out right now directly from the Bohemia Interactive online store for US$15 - if you want a copy via Steam, you'll have to wait until mid-August.
I like video games, fishing, Depeche Mode, long walks on the beach, writing discussion papers and cups of tea. Not necessarily in that order.
