Think E3 is easy?
Watch here on E3 week and see how much exercise I do.
Call of Duty: Black Ops is about to make its First Strike, with new DLC scheduled for a February launch. It's the appropriately named debut expansion for the blockbuster best-seller, and promises to introduce for new multiplayer maps, plus - of course - zombies.
Treyarch Studio Head, Mark Lamia discusses the new DLC:
"We’re committed to supporting Call of Duty: Black Ops fans with continuous updates to the game and exciting new content that will keep our community engaged. We can’t wait to deliver Call of Duty: Black Ops First Strike to our fans, which has four all-new Black Ops multiplayer maps, and an exciting new Zombie map to be declassified later."
With the launch of First Strike, Call of Duty: Black Ops will be boosted by the additions of Stadium, Discovery, Kowloon and Berlin Wall maps, while the zombie offering is called Ascension.
The fun doesn't stop there, either. If you've only got a Silver Xbox LIVE membership and haven't had a chance to check out Call of Duty: Black Ops in multiplayer, Activision and Xbox LIVE are organising a multiplayer unlock event just for you, on January 28-30, 2011.
...in case you'd forgotten, Call of Duty: Black Ops is kind of a big deal. At launch, it totally demolished theatrical box office, book and video game sales records, selling more than US$650 million worth of copies in just five days. Still unsure? Check out Punkley's review, to find out what he thought.
I like video games, fishing, Depeche Mode, long walks on the beach, writing discussion papers and cups of tea. Not necessarily in that order.
