Start 2010 with a good fisting

...okay, so I'm really just asking for trouble with that headline, but seriously, kids. Headcase Games want you to check out their first iPhone game, the cleverly-titled iFist, so, for the next two days only, they're making it completely free!

Basically, it's a sort of Rock Paper Scissors meets memory game Simon - not only do you have to make the winning gesture before the time runs out, but you have to remember which sequence they happen in. There's nothing terribly flashy or fancy, just some good, solid gameplay that'll steal more than a few moments of your time while you're waiting for the bus.

Remember: rock beats scissors, scissors beats paper, and paper beats rock.

If you're in the market for a new addiction to see in the New Year, head over to the iTunes Store - it's only free until the calendar clicks over to 2010!

(Incidentally, the headcaseGames Blog is well worth checking out for their "Retro Game of the Day" reviews. It's a bit of a spasmodic lurch down Memory Lane - jumping from Mike Tyson's Punch Out!! to Mickey Mousecapade overnight.

Don't fret - it's not all old-school! If you look closely, you'll spot the occasional iPhone App Game Development Blog popping up in the mix, which is pretty interesting if you're into that sort of thing.)
